The 37th Annual Bob Roberts Memorial BBQ Cook-Off is set for Friday, October 31, 2025 in Terlingua, Texas as part of the legendary Original Terlingua International Chili Championship weekend. This year we are guaranteeing a $5,000 BBQ payout, and we want YOU to join the fun!

🎉 Special Event – People’s Choice Pulled Pork

Cook it however you want! We’re trying to feed a lot of people, so keep pulled pork in mind. This event will be voted on by fans and spectators, run by the $6 Mistake crew. Pork butts and ½ sheet pans will be provided. First come, first served – limited to 15 teams.
